Returns & Refunds

At Bullfrog Spas of Northern Virginia, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Non-returnable products

We do not accept returns on:

Big-ticket items priced over $1,000, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, pool tables, shuffleboard tables, and other game tables.
Special-order products, including special-order spa covers, regardless of price.

Please confirm product specifications, dimensions, and suitability with our team before purchasing a non-returnable item.

Eligible retail products

Eligible retail products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for showroom purchases, or 30 days of delivery for shipped orders. Products must be unused.

Eligible products purchased at and returned to our Merrifield showroom qualify for a full refund.

For shipped orders, eligible returned products qualify for a refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund processing

We usually process refunds immediately upon receiving and reviewing the returned product, and no later than five business days after receipt. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If your purchase arrives damaged, appears defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution or applicable warranty process. The standard return-shipping terms above apply to change-of-mind returns; contact us for instructions when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
